8/17/2015 Travel Workouts: 20 minute band workoutIt's Summertime! To me that means being outside and traveling as much as possible. When I travel I aim to take advantage of my beautiful surroundings for activities - hiking in the mountains, snorkeling in the ocean, etc. I still like to get sneak in a strength workout when there is a little downtime. We put together a Summer Workout Series for Ambition Athletics clients that I want to share with you here. This workout requires only a resistance band and takes about 20 minutes to complete.
