Customized Strength Training

Your body is unique and your training should be too. If one movement doesn't work for you, we'll try something else until we find a great fit.   

Strength training benefits include building muscle (making it much easier to maintain a healthy weight), improving bone density, strengthening joints, and decreasing aches, pain and stiffness.

Meet Coach Holly

I've been helping people move better and get stronger for over 10 years! During those years, I have studied a wide range of movement specialties from Kettlebells to Mobility to Women-Specific Training. More importantly, I've tested that knowledge with real people to see what works and what people enjoy enough to keep doing! Whether your goal is to get less stiff & achy or get your first pullup, I'd love to help you get there.
