Group classes are designed to combine strength, mobility and conditioning (cardio). Exercises can be adjusted to fit your current level of fitness. I will encourage you to push hard, but always with good form that will keep you moving well for a lifetime.
$15/class or $120/10 class pack
*If you would feel more comfortable, I offer a free 30 minute intro session. We will talk about your goals and go over some of the common movements, so you will be ready to join right in during your first group class.
