Beach Legs & Booty Workout
Get beach ready legs and glutes in less than 20 minutes!
All you need is a Kettlebell and a ledge or bench.
Perform 10 of each exercise:
1. Feet Elevated Glute Bridges
2. High Step Ups
3. Kettlebell Swings
4. Reverse Lunges
Rest and Repeat for a total of 4-5 rounds
